- Do you have any stores in my area?
Please find full list of our authorized dealers locations in Venice and surroundings. Our products are also available from a number of vendors in France, Spain, Greece, Japan, Brazil and Perù.
- Do you deliver outside of Italy?
Yes, we deliver worldwide from our workshop in Murano, VE. View our Shipping rates and delivery times.
- Will I be charged customs duties?
Sometimes there are customs charges on orders shipped to destinations outside of Italy. We ask you to check with your local customs authority for more information on this type of tax or duty charge. There should be no customs or duty charges for orders shipped to the EU.
- How can I pay for the products?
We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
- How do I track my order?
When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirmation that your order has been received as well as a further email with the tracking information you need to be able to see where your delivery is. Tracked shipping method is used in all the orders inside and outside of Italy.
